Here is an anxious fly-fisherman coming on a businness trip to the Green Country within a week: a) Is the rod licence dispute over? Someone was mentioning a settlement going on by March (I hope is for free). b) Is the fishing season open? If yes the debate: Salmon or Trout? Tight lines Joe

Leaprechauns don't charge for it. The dispute is over. There is no licence. The anglers are contributing into a development co-op on a voluntary basis through their clubs. I do not know if there are any fees for tourists. Snake does not fish.

Hello Galway's everybody, I'ld like to thank all of you about the informations I've got with so short notice and in particular Errol who has offered to take me fishing on his boat. I hope, when I'll come back, to have enough stories to write on the FLYFISH notes file. If I'll get the chance, beeing at the plant on the 9th and 10th, I'ld like to meet somebody (possibly in front of a beer). So thanks to Errol, Mike, Kevin, Seamus, John, David etc., I'll be looking forward to see you, and.... Tight lines Joe P.S. Posted on FLYFISH notes file too

If you are going out with that lot of reprobates, you will not want anyone to go drinking with. The nearest to the lake you will get will be Wood Quay. Mbr |
