| She can get a UK license and this is transferrable with an IRL one.
However if she has been in the UK for more than a year then she will
have to sit the UK driving test. The trick is to say that you are here
less than the 12 months.
All European licenses are transferrable.

| Yes, I've already swapped my Irish for a UK and am in the process
for swapping for a German one. By the way I had an indorsement on
my Irish one which didn't follow me to the UK when I transferred.
