Do you have to insert all four commands EVERY DAY in order to read
the latest notes - because I am only getting the notes that occurred
on 7/13 the day I first put in the commands. My perception was that
when I put in the command "type celt.not" I would always get the
latest, did I do something wrong or what?

You only have to do the 4 commands once.
Each time you submit Read_notes.com is should extract all new
notes/replies that have been entered.
