| | I'm glad you liked the Dubliner. I haven't been in the Irish Times either,
as it looks a bit run down in comparison. I seem to remember hearing that
it was a bit rowdier, but I don't remember for sure. Don't expect to get
back to DC for a while, but when I go I'll stop by the Irish Times and
report back.
Hey Burnsie, you up for a road trip???

Mike: I'm always ready for a road trip .... :-)

Maybe we should bring Culbert, so he can "rub-elbows" (or is
it knees) with his counterparts in Washington. I hear Bush is
looking for a replacement for John Tower.

(Culbert is about the same height)

| | Except that with his appetite for the wee drop he makes Tower look
positively saintlike.......(though it be for medical purposes of
    course).

And a lot of the "inventory" may somehow.....disappear....POTATOGATE?????

| | Looks like Tower's a dead duck. Maybe we'll be seeing alot more
of him down at The Dubliner, head on the bar, dressed in his
Superman suit, mumbling something like "...I coulda been a contender.
    I coulda BEEN somebody."
