The "Lads" will be heading into Boston next Sunday, February
12th, (that's 6 days from today for Paddy Culbert)for a scenic
tour of the several wonderful Irish Pubs in the Quincy Market area.
We'll arrive in Boston around 3.00 and would the last person
to leave Boston that night, "Please turn out the lights" :-)
The crack has always been mighty !!!
The list so far contains:
Myself (Loyal as always)
Paddy Culbert (if his wife lets him go..... ouch ... sorry Paddy)
Kevin Sullivan (a.k.a. "Murphy" he might be there, but he would
rather be going to a "Bluegrass Concert" or to see "Patrick
Street")
George Darcy (he ALWAYS promises to attend but NEVER shows up)
Chris Young (She'll go ANYWHERE as long as WE buy her drinks,
and that we have an "Unmarried" E.M.T. on Stand-by incase of an
accident) and lets hope it's not a windy day ...
Joe Drotter (he'll be sociably late and a "lift" home is out
of the question) AYE !!!
John Culbert (If he reads this note, and if there are no football
games on T.V., and if his wife lets him go) Those Culberts
sure do marry tough women .....
Willie O'Farrell (Willie will arrive at 11.45 PM. and everyone else
will have already gone home)
Kevin Farrington (but no one will recognize him)
and who knows who else might show up ...... The sessiun starts
at 9.00 in Limericks !!!

Doesn't cause too much consternation in Ireland during the summer...ten
