There are lots of chartered flights to Ireland - most include a
coach tour of Ireland, visiting various scenic spots etc, hotels
    and meals etc...

You can get all the info you need from most travel agents...Ive
heard of some really CHEAP deals too!

Thanks Ann. But, I was looking for dirt cheap; the kind that travel
agents don't advertise. The following is for one way.

British Caledonian has standby Boston to London, 1 way $279.
London to Dublin, 1 way $149.

Continental - Boston to Dublin $496.
Northwest - Boston to Shannon $484
Virgin Atlantic - New York to London $379
                      London to Dublin $ 85.
