271.0. "Proclamation of 1916 revisited" by FNYFS::AUNGIER (Remember Bloody Sunday) Fri Sep 25 1987 07:49

As advertised before the Proclamation of the Irish Republic of
1916 is available in a nice bound format. The cost of this is
    0. Send me mail. I have sent off 40 copies to Kevin Burns whom
most of you know so if you are in mainland U.S.A. send mail to
Kevin and if you are in Europe send me mail.

For those of you who already sent me mail, I have finally sorted
out the problem of mail going missing.

    Sln agus baennacht.

I checked with reception and they were sent by normal post so I
don't know Kevin how long it takes.

The psot is not the greatest here. Let me know when you get them.

No Interoffice-mail from Rene today either :-)

Anyone requesting a copy of the Proclamation, see note 190.*

Kinda reminds me of the Kerryman who went into the Post Office
    	to mail a letter.

"This letter is too heavy, said the clerk, you'll have to put
    	more stamps on it"
"Won't that just make it heavier?" ... asked the Kerryman

You're a terrible man Kevin. It was not sent inter-office mail as
seemingly in France we have to send it through the normal post system.
It's the French Post Office. Don't worry I am sure it will get there
    before Christmas.

I hope anybody who asKed previously for a proclamation of 1916 got
one. I lost the names of people in England, Germany, France and
    maybe another country in Europe.

Could the gentlemen in question please contact me. I remember some
person in England offered to distribute them for me there. Please
let me know as soon as possible so that I can send them to you all.

I am sorry for the delay and mess ups but mail me and you will have
    one before Christmas.
