241.0. "Stephen Roche - 1987 Tour De France winner" by FNYFS::AUNGIER (Rene El Gringo) Sun Jul 26 1987 15:21

Well today saw Stephen Roche win the Tour De France. What more can
I say. I see old Charlie was there to greet him along with Jaques
Chirac. Well I will give a full run down of winners in all catagories
tomorrow and lets not forget Millar of Scotland and all the others
    who finished.

    Soirs,

Any chance of sending us a copy of some Irish newspapers of Sunday
and Monday. I would like to read about the race from an Irish viewpoint
and see any of the photographs that they have.

If you can find the name that would be great.
