Any chance of a reply regarding the soccer internationals -
specifically Ireland V Belguim (a nil all draw I believe). Liam's
newsletter is great but soccer is not his all consuming passion
I gather !!

Yes Joe,
It was a nil all draw and Ireland is in 2nd place according
to the BBC world service sports round up but they have played one
more match than the 3rd placed team. I would like to know what the
table looks like.

BTW Dundee Utd are playing the first leg of the EUFA Cup Final
against Gothenburg tonight in Sweden, I7ll post that result tomorrow
