161.4Celtic music in Mass., May-June?TSC01::MAILLARDMon Apr 13 1987 03:209
Kevin: If no problem appears until then, I'll take some vacations
in Quebec from May 17th to 24th and in Massachussets from May 25th
to June 7th. Could you tell me if there'll be some Celtic musical
events in that period and area? And also, if there are still some
nice evenings at Kathleen Ni Houlihan, I'd like to come at one or
two of them when I'll be over there. Is it worth bringing my cassette
recorder (or should I avoid it? - Some people don't like to be
    recorded)? Maybe meet you then?
    			Denis.
161.5Lets have a CELT party ...ENGGSG::BURNSAs The Hammer Strikes The AnvilMon Apr 13 1987 20:4617

Den: I will have to check the local Irish newspapers to see
if there are any good concerts scheduled for when you will
    	     be in the area.

    	    Houlihan's has been sold !!!

It re-opened last Friday night, with a new entertainer, who
is only going to be playing there for a few weeks. Not sure
what will be happening when you are here ??

I will keep you informed ......

Re .5: Thanks, Kevin, I hope that the patrons and the athmosphere
will remain in Houlihan's even if the landlord has changed, I'd
like to see how it is.
    		Denis.
