Apologies!
I have been of on vacation and on a course in Munich hence the reason
that I haven'y replied to this note. needless to say both Scotland
and N. Ireland did not qualify for the 2nd round, England did, but
they went out last night to Argentina, a bit of mixed emotion around
that result, I love to see England being beaten but to Argentina
?? I really never thought I would be hopping to see England win.
That's it folks, we've screwed up again, maybe do better in 4 years
time. I'm off to sulk someplace quiet and take up watching some
other equaly exciting sport , like knitting. At least I can get
to bed at a reasonable time now, not 01.30 am.
