Posted: 19 Feb 86 16:13:43 GMT Organization: Summary: Roman Mythology rears its ugly head I was just looking through a catalog from the "Scottish Lion" store this morning, and saw that somebody has created and registered a new tartan, in honour of HRH Diana, Princess of Wales. I still cannot believe that they called it: Hunting Diana --

I guess this is as good a place as any...and since nobody's around, I'll just slip in here with this one... For anyone in the Nashua, NH area looking for tartan skirts, try the Haywards Trading Post in Milford, NH. They have Pendleton in a number of authentic tartans. I noticed Black Watch, MacInnes, and several others, but no kilts, and no Shaw tartan... 8*( Randy | |||||

Hunting Diana sounds not at all odd to me since the Goddess Diana was indeed a hunter! ;) Janet Gale |
