705.0. "Web Pointer(s) for TeMIP!!!" by SCASS1::GALVIN (The Energizer Bunny's Trainer...) Wed Apr 02 1997 22:16

    	Web Location for TeMIP

    I've been given: http://dsvbo3.vbo.dec.com;8000/temipweb/ as a site to
    point a client at for TeMIP information... is this internal? I can't
    seem to make the DNS conversion... any help would be much appreciated!

705.1a slight difference in the pointerTAEC::BALLADELLISurfing with the AlienThu Apr 03 1997 12:3226
The real pointer is http://dsvb03.vbo.dec.com:8000/temipweb/temip.htm and
it is internal system (systems visible externally are in the digital.com
subnet).

I don't know if the very same HTML files are available on another web server
visible from the outside the firewall.

Micky

705.2Pointer to public TeMIP pageTAEC::FLAUWMarc Flauw, TeMIP Technical Office, VBOThu Apr 03 1997 14:149
re: .0

I think the pointer given in .0 (and .1) is an internal page.

I have http://www.digital.com/info/temip/ as public TeMIP homepage.

Best regards,

Marc.
