Since TEMIP_SUPP does not know of any other network operator who integrated Ericsson TMOS over a Q3 interface I distribute my following request to a broader audience ... (hoping for a positive answer ;^) Our customer MMO (in Germany) wants to know if there is another network operator in the world who integrates/integrated Ericsson equipment into TeMIP via a Q3 interface. MMO got the information from Ericsson that there is at least another network operator in the world but Ericsson refused to disclose its name. According to MMO this big unknown also (as MMO does) integrates the TMOS system (element manager system) and not the NEs. Any information is highly appreciated. Best regards, Ralf

Dear all,
Probably I will have same problem soon for the TMOS Element Manager
integration with TeMIP.
I will have RFP next week for the TMOS Element Manager integration for
Ericsson RBS connection in the GSM network.
I really appreciate if some body add another comment.

Dear all,
The project you refer might be in Brazil, where TeleSP ( Sao Paolo
Operator) is requesting Ericsson Switches to have integration with
TeMIP, that has been elected bythe operator as their Integrated
Management Platform ( currently managing NEC NEAX61 Switches). I know
that one of the possible integration analyzed is through the OSI AM
through Q3. The person to contact is Luis FRasson @bzo or
vaxspo::frasson in charge of this project.
BTW we expect TeleSP to be at next TeMIP Forum in Cancun ( May 6 to 8
th) so as MMO plan to be there we could have them talk together ...
