Hello TeMIPers,

For all your future TeMIP support requests, could you start the subject 
of the E-Mails you send to us (TAEC::TEMIP_SUPP)
with the name of the concerned customer & project 
and follow this with a brief meaningful description of your request.

In the E-Mail itself (the body), please include:
- the TeMIP version you are using
- the release level 
- the patch number (if any)
- the revision

Of course, the result of the command:
   setld -i | grep -i temip | grep installed
would be perfect!

When we answer you, we will add a call number (SPOTT#) in the subject. 

When you give us feedback (because we have asked for more details)
please keep the same subject with the SPOTT number included.

Just one last thing: we would like one E-Mail per support request.
Don't hesitate to send us several E-Mails in quick succession
if you have several support requests.
