Prerequisites
==============
The course is aimed at technical people who have OSI Network Management
and basic Object Oriented knowledge, as well as GDMO when applicable.
The students should have some experience on Unix systems (because of the lab
part). Programming experience would be helpfull, but not required.

Course Objectives

This course intends to present the various aspects of the platform, including
technical aspects of integration. At the end of the Course the students will be
able to :

        - understand the object oriented platform concepts
        - understand and use TeMIP fonctionalities, including distribution
        - understand the different integration methods positionning TeMIP as a
          solution builder.

          are appropriate to their applications
        - use of the TeMIP user interfaces

Course Non Goals

        This course does not intend
        - to train management module (AM,FM,PM) developpers.
        - to cover specific protocol encoding (that normally stands in an
          Access Module).
        - train inexperienced people in GDMO.
