TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00394: DNS PARTIAL REGISTRATION PROBLEM ...

When doing a load, some of the entities were only partially
inserted into DNS: Some domains had the <name> part entered,
but not the <name>_MCCEXT_nnn part, ot the reverse: the extension was
there but not the name part. This happened to about 1 or 2 domains in a
100.

This Problem has been Fixed.

TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00417: DNS SERVER SYSTEM CRASH D-UNIX

This problem has been Fixed.
            
TEMIP_MNT_INT#00418:DNS TIMEOUT ERROR WHILE LOADING MAPS IN DNS DATABASE

While loading map files in DNS database, regularly come to DNS timeout error,
with the consequence that the load doesn't perform till its end and the 
domains are inaccessible from the iconic map.

There is a Timeout problem within the DNS security, so it's necessary to disable
the DNS security in order to fix this problem (as a Work around). This is not a 
problem for TeMIP users as TeMIP have his own Security which will handle this.

But you should be aware that the security within dnscp will be removed, so We 
recommand to restrict the dnscp access to root only.

It is possible to add an IP Poller entity (icon)
in a TeMIP V3.00-18 map but after a save map, this entity
cannot be retreived ! The error message given is

TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00490: An Error Message is displayed when Creating a new
Heap-Filter
                     From the Iconic_Map

When creating a new heap filter from the Add Entity window, an error occurs:
the result is a message in the TeMIP console window:

    "Add entity on Domain ... The domain does not contain any members"

It works from the add entity window for the other 3 low-level filters and from 
fcl it works for all filters.

Problem Fixed.
TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00511: Iconic_Map Crash for Entities with Variant Selector.

When double click in the Map on an entity that has no children
you first get the Red error message:
	"This entity has no sub-entities to look into.
Then when double-click again on the same entity, the Iconic Map
crashes (core dump).

TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00513: Temip_Short_Map and Iconic_Map Mismatch.

When using the program temip_short_map to compress the map files for faster
loading there is a mismatch between the output produced and the reading of 
the map in the iconic map:

old    ->       compressed
start_tag       str
stop_tag        sot

The new compressed tags 'str' and 'sot' are not understood by the iconc map.
All other compressed tags that I have encountered in my maps are OK.

number of FMs and AMs (but - it seems - only AMs that are calling
other AMs via mcc_call_access) are piling up file descriptors, which
are reported by the lsof utility as follows:

     mcc_domai  1318    temip   12u  inet  0x0 TCP no protocol control block

The example above shows the Domain FM.

If you have on your map an icon for the global entity (ie: snmp foo)
If you have one collector, and you enable the collection_am sink and then 
you send an event:

The alarm is collected by the OC

- The global entity changes color and blink
- If you double-click on the global: you see the child classes it's OK.
- If you double-click on the class ATTable the
  child entity (1, 11.44.123.1) doesn't change color!

Under some circumstances, the tab representing the alarm level of the toplevel

The trouble Ticketing FM could not be used with an OC which Char

fails in bugcheck mcc-status = MCC_S_INSUFBUFFER.

The Iconic Map is displayed in the entire window.
Opening a domain without backdrop and few entities (4-5),grouped in the bottom 
left of the window.
Then "Zoom in" (untill the error message: "requested area too small.
Zomm cancelled") then "Zoom-out" to retrieve the original size, and
before retrieving the original size the same error message appears,
and the only solution is "Restore Zoom".

The show class .... on remote partition fails at the Iconic Map with the

TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00399: Trouble Ticket Report is badly Selected

Select Trouble Ticket application and then your Trouble Ticket Context
If you have:
	the "segmented search volume" set to 0 (options menu)
		or
	the "segmented search volume" > of the total number of TTRs.

You have several Trouble Ticket Reports created for one Trouble Ticket Context, 
select this TTC, all existing TTR are displayed. Then you create a new TTR,
it is display on the window (at the end).
If you perform a double-click on it, the full info
displayed is not the good TTR full info!

'n' coordinates in map files were accepted before level 18 and are not any more.

It's not possible to create a heap filter from the IMPM Create Entity Window.
I get a message in the Console window Add Entity on Domain TEMIP1:.sta.yy
The domain does not contain any members, this domain .sta.yy is empty.
I Can create the heap filter from the fcl!

TEMIP_MNT_EXT#00640: Problem if None existing Domain Part of a Map File

If you have a top-domain xxx with a map which specifies a sub-domain yyy
The sub-domain yyy is not yet created (not known by DNS)
If you try to open the top-domain xxx from a PM client, you have problems...
On the client: when you open the top-domain:

- a window pops up (with ACK button available)
  Title: Reading Map request
  Text: No such entity MCC local_dir appli domain_fm. Unknown
- the icon for this none-existing domain is special
- You have a  message in the TeMIP console:
  map top_domain starting of temip_framework appli failed
