Rolls Royce have a number of Celebris FX 5133 and 5166 pcs they have problems with a dongle on all of them but they work on older Digital pcs. Cannot print via the dongle either. I have more details coming, but wonder if anyone has any thoughts and would I just get laughed at if I started the IPMT process for this? regards Martin

The new SMC chip does not have internal pollup resistor, the pollups
have been removed in order to comply with Microsoft Win95 DC/ON and
DC/off shutdown. Most of parallel devices have pullups, the workaround
is to add a breakout box with a pullup resistor.
hope this helps!
