Hi, Is it possible to replace processor board in DECpc 566 LPx (FR-811WW) - part number 54-23528-05 with the processor board from Celebris XL5120 - part number 54-23982-05 ? Or there is any other upgrade path for 566 LPx ? Cheers, Jarek Parlinski , Warsaw

There is a 120/133 Pentium upgrade for the DECpc LPx 566. I'm using one now. There is no BIOS support for the CPU ID (it still reports a 66Mhz), but it runs fine with a 120Mhz CPU. Check the Intel home page. Regards, Rajesh | |||||
