| Hi - I also have a customer with same problem.
They sent machine back to var and he can't get it to work.
System board and Mpeg card replaced - still not working.
Same error message as .0
Any ideas most welcome.

I needed to install this for Cebit 97 as well.
And ran into the same problem.
Luckily I had downloaded the latest and greatest Media XL kit
from the Matrox website. Worked without a hitch.
So obtain those and you're all set.
I'll inform the responsible engineers in the mean time that
they need to update the software kit that's shipped.
