I'm running an application that use OLE2 to create an Excel worksheet, and then
updates cells in that worksheet every n seconds with some data values.
This isn't very exciting, so I'd like to do something with those numbers.
Can I create a procedure that will recognise when the data in a cell changes,
and do something with that data?
