Does anyone know the latest procedure for customers that have not recieved their HSZ40 V3.1 updates? These are warranty boxes. The customer recieved all of their HSJ40 code updates. Thanks, Joe

I know that at some point, the warranty on the HSx controllers changed to be more in line with the rest of the corporation. That is, software updates were no longer included. I'm not sure when this change took place or if it only affected the 50 series controllers. |
