	HI,

	I've a customer who experienced a HSZ40 raid storage controller
	failure, after we replaced the hardware he told our engineer
	that they lost those write back cache, raid and mirroring licences.
	
	Now he can only show us the DEC no. Is it possible to generate
	back those licences by the DEC no, and how, who would ho approach?

	Any advice is appreciated.

	Where did he get his licenses from? I assume you don't have a hardcopy, because you wouldn't ask if you have... �tzi

	.-1 is right. You should have gotten a paper copy of the keys which would allow you to re-enter the keys. If not you will have to get your support people to get you a new key.
