Hello,
I received a call from a customer who has a RAIDarray 450,
running HSOF 5.0Z-0. The controller is in a non dual-redundant
configuration. He states that they get an intermitten last fail code
010D0110 after pressing the reset button when issuing the selftest this
command. He has been told this is an issue with the self test code in
the controller, but would like reassurance that this will not affect
controller when it is operational. I will test the controller we have
here, but would like any feedback on whether anyone has seen this
problem. Thank You for your time.

I believe that this has been fixed in HSOF 5.1 but in anycase the message means the problem has already been fixed so you have nothing to worry about. You really should be running HSOF 5.0Z-2!!! You will have serious problem if you are running some storage configurations like mirror sets without these patches. | |||||
