    I read somewhere that firmware updates via Raid Manager is not
    supported on NT. Is the Controller Firmware Load of SWCC supported (on NT
    with a RA310 connected) ?

	The SWCC documentation says it's supported. You can get SWCC V1.1C and associated documentation on the "ServerWORKS Manager Console Application and Agents" CD. Note that you need to invoke SWCC with the 'direct' qualifier to get the option of 'Load Firmware.'
