Hi,
I need to upgrade the firmware of a HSZ40 V2.5 in V3.0 without
loosing any datas.
There is a procedure in 3.0 release notes which seems to be false as
explained in note 736 of this conference.
Also, in note 712, a lot of people experienced difficulty upgrade
from V2.5 to V3.0.
Can HSZ40 hardware engeneering help us and give us a secure methos,
so that we will be sure not to loose customer datas, and all will work
fluently.

| You had better be careful in any case... We don't test upgrades that skip a
version of code. Therefore going from V2.5 to V3.0 has it's own risks. You
become a test site and really should backup your data before trying this direct
upgrade.

| If I understand, there will be no BLITZ which explains how to
correctly and securely update from V2.5 to 3.0 ??
