| I'm dealing with a customer who says that he's been told that the
new firmware (3.0-2?) is on engineering hold. Is there any truth
to that? or is there some kind of misunderstanding?

660.6 | Not as far as I know | SSDEVO::RMCLEAN | | Wed Mar 26 1997 11:10 | 2 |
| I heard that V3.0 was on hold while we were writing the -2 patch. I don't
know if it is true but the patch being issued should have ended the hold.

660.7 | HSOF is NOT on Hold | SSDEVO::THOMPSON | Paul Thompson, Colorado Springs | Wed Mar 26 1997 14:39 | 6 |
| There was some confusion about this earlier.
HSOF is not on hold. The most current version shipping for the HSZ40 is V3.0Z-3.
If you have an earlier version, you can update it by installing the latest patches
that are available on node CSC32 at the CSC. The exact location was identified in
the blitz announcing the patch.
