Can someone provide some advice/support on the following Customer issue ?
Configuration:
HSJ40 running HSOF V3.1
RWZ53-VA with two drives at FW V1.35
BA350 shelf with the rwz53-VA and a TZ88N-VA
One of our customer tried to use the RWZ53-VA on a HSJ40 with no
success. As soon as a cartridge is inserted, the configuration
information on the HSJ40 shows the devices as misconfigured.
If a cartridge is inserted before the ADD OPTICAL... command we get the
error 9030: Cannot determine if the correct device type is at the PTL
specified.
Configuration of the container and units is successfull if no media is
present in the drives
We have tried so far to configure the opticals by removing power
according to the release notes, tried to change the
transfer_rate_requested with no go.
Any help is greatly appreciated

What media type is being inserted?
I believe these should support RWX6K-01,RWX5K-01, and read-only RWX1K-01.

Hello,
Our customer used RWX6K-03 (2,6 GB optical disk drive).
He will now order new RWX6K-01 (2,3 GB optical disk drive).
I'm waiting now of customer's feedback. I will reply to that notes
entry as soon I have more informations.
