I have a question regarding new hsz/hsj firmware versions.
Once a customer is a past their one year warrenty, they have to buy an update
service to get new versions of the firmware (IE: v3.0). Assume the customer
currently has raid, mirroring, and writeback cache licenses. Does the customer
have to buy an update service for the licenses to utilize them with the new
version of firmware???
Any help would be appreciated
