    DECevent on OpenVMS is on BOTH lists of layered products affected and
    not affected by the OpenVMS 10k problem at:

    It either should be on only ONE list or - if it's version dependant -
    the affected versions should be included.

   We do not control the list. We told the the person maing the list that
DECevent is not effected. A call will be made to rectify the error.
