We are not the ones who decided to cause the field to spend money on
these systems. The engineering group that owns the device saw no need for error
log support. We fought these people for months trying to get them to supply the
information for support. After the warrenty bucks ran out and somebody found out
how much it cost to fix these things. They decided to do something about it.
We still do not have all the code we need. There are engineers in
various parts of the corp. reverse engineering error logs at this time. With any
luck there will be support in this calendar year.
