    Hello,
    
    A customer of mine having about 300 different sites on which he use 
    Digital UNIX would like us to provide him with a DECEVENT PAK longer
    than a year .
    
    Is there any possibility for that ?

	In a word NO! It requires a VP's approval and has only happened once for a DAS customer. If they wish to purchase a multi-year service contract that cannot be canceled on each and every system. They may have a chance. Since standard contract are for one year, the PAK are set to one year. Only customers with contracts get the PAK. The DECevent group has no say in this matter. WE do not generate the PAK. It is controlled by PAK administration. HTH Keith
