Norman also asked about the tnet* routines: he said he had heard from
Chris Wolf that Andy Bayerl had told him that we weren't going to
support the tnet* routines anymore, we should be using the "tsix"
(libt6(3)) routines. I said that I hadn't heard anything about that,
and we'd never drop things anyway. But if we ever fix the tsix
performance problem, we should probably write up a white paper that
describes the tradeoffs between tnet and tsix protocols.
