    Norman Liang asked about another problem:  in their code, they  call
    tnet_ext_attrs() and in V3 their code runs without problem.  He is
    wondering if anything has changed in this routine, because now in V4 it
    returns a -1 (and nothing else has changed in their code).
    
    I said I'd check.  He'll try and send me the calling syntax he is using.
