Mark Sowards, DTN 521-4391, called. Evidently his customer wants to
run V3.1A on an Alpha 2100A 5/300. Mark explained to them that V3.1A
does not run on the EV5 chip, so they are going to put an EV4 chip in
the box! But their question is, does V3.1A support FDDI?
I asked Lee about this, he said yes, V3.1A does support FDDI, but why
don't they want to run V4.0A, which does support the EV5 chip and runs
ono Alpha 2100's?

| Mark called -- They need to run V3.1A because they are running Trusted
Oracle7 and it isn't out yet on V4.0A MLS+. And they are leary of
upgrading anyway, too many things could break.
