    Me again,
    
    Same system as previous note...new, default MLS+ v4.0a installation.
    
    I can login under the 'root' account, but not under the 
    System Administration nor the ISSO accounts.
    
    I get "Too many users logged on already.
    	   Try again later."
    
    
    
    I just remembered that I haven't done anything with licenses...
    could this be an issue...

    Yup.  You need to install the licenses before you can log in as
    anyone other than root (I think it's the OSF-SVR license in
    particular, but load 'em if you got 'em).

    I've got loaded the following licenses:
    
    		MLS-PLUS
    		OSF-USR
    		OSR-SVR
    
    I still can't login as anyone except the ROOT user...

    I'll answer my own question...
    
    I added the OSF-BASE license PAK and I can access
    all the accounts.
