Subject: help printer problems
Hi Bat,
I installed patch level 9 on my system. I can no longer print to my
postscript printer. I can cat a file through it, each time I try lpr
file I see the printer light up, but no files. I did see where
/usr/bin/lpr was replaced.
If you get a few min, could you give me a call. I noticed in the readme
there were changes to lpr. Leave it to me to find the changes.
There are no errors in lpr.log.
There is no errors in /usr/spool/lp/lpd0 either.

| I called Tammy and she swapped out both lpr and the lpbanner_prologue
files and found it was the latter.
She's printing to a local LN03R printer (-V usually, but either way
doesn't work).
