    I did a dir/title on spies but no luck. I am looking for information on
    a great-great uncle of mine who was a Union spy in the war. The only
    information that I have from my grandfather is that my uncle was living
    in Pulaski, TN at the time the war broke out. As he was of German
    descent, (and apparently at the time there was little love for Germans
    in that area at that time), he went to serve with the north. His name
    was Ace Foster, and he was a Sgt. 
    I know that this isn't much to go on, but any info. or leads would be
    helpful.
