Our customer's Trucluster V1.0 2100A's system is suddenly crashed with the panic message: cnxmgr: restart reequested to resynchronize with cluster They use two member system with virtual hub mode (VH0 and VH1). We already replace the memory channel and cable. But the problem is still there. And It sounds only happened when oracle application is running. Could anybody give us a direction whether it is a hardware or software problem?

It means communication between the connection manager components has not been successful. It could be due to hardware or software. To explore the software issue, you can change the parameters of the connection manager components. See the man page for 'cnxmond' for the details. If this helps, the base problem is probably insufficient memory channel throughput. You should see if you can rearrange the database so less traffic has to cross the memory channel, and/or you may want to go to the newer memory channel boards (MC 1.5) and/or you may want to upgrade to use 4100 systems, or you can just use the larger values at the cost of longer failover times in some cases.
