Is there any whitepaper or detailed instructions we can give a customer to assist them in doing upgrades to DUNIX in a cluster? For exemple, since we have to de-install TRC, should we delete that system as a member? Once we do that, if we are running OPS, we must do a chown on all the drds to reset them BACK to oracle.dba. Is there any easy to follow directions that list all the issues that a customer may face? What is in the DUNIX release notes is too basic. Thanks, /jim

I recenly did upgrade of TCR: UNIX 3.2f, TCR1.0--> UNIX 3.2g, TCR 1.0; then 3.2g, 1.0-->4.0a, TCR1.4--> 4.0b, TCR 1.4 Basically I just followed directions from files on the CDROMs In our case we were able to do "simultaneous upgrades". The key is saving the ASE database. dick | |||||
