Hi Tom -
At this point, the TruCluster Available Server (failover)
supports the AS 1000A. That must be what you saw in that
one note.
However, the TruCluster Production Server (parallel db offering)
does not support the 1000A as of yet. We have been in
qualification and fix mode for this for some time now. I am
assuming that support will come in April for the Production
Server.
If you want a smaller box, the AS 800 is shipping and we will
support it with both the Available Server and Production Server
products at the end of April 1997.

AlphaServer 800 is new low end server and FRS is end of March
with volume at April.

One more thing:
AlphaServer 300 with it's two (2) PCI slots
is not major candidate for TruCluster
Prod.Server cases. Totally different thing
is that there seems to be demand for MC support
on _all_ workstations...for HPC farms you know.
