    At one time, to set up xntp, you had to modify one of the files by hand
    (per Steve G.'s writeup for ASE V1.2).  Recently, I heard that you
    simply run ntpsetup and set each node as a "peer". However, after doing
    this, I had a 2 node Production Cluster that eventually had a 2 hour
    difference in time.
    
    What is the CORRECT way to set up ntp for a cluster that just want to
    time sync to each other?
