We have a customer running the following products on an AlphaServer 2100 5/250, OpenVMS V6.2: MEP-VT V3.0 R3270 V1.1 SNADTF V3.2 SNAPRE V1.3 SNA Domain Gateway V2.0 SNARJE V1.5 SNATE V1.6 The system crashed with INVEXCEPTN, and RTEIBMACP.EXE the image executing. The failing instruction is: COM_STD$DELCTRLASTP_C at offset C+000B8 Is this a known problem ? Alternatively, are there any patch kits out for the above products to prevent this sort of crash from happening. Thanks and Regards, Les Barnes

I do not know if this is a known problem or not but the version of
MEP-VT is very old. Current version is 3.1 kit C (maybe D). Also
there were some problems with R3270 1.1 and the latest version of MEP.
Before we troubleshoot this, you should get your customer up to
MEP-VT V3.1 current and R3270 V1.2. Contact me via mail and I'll
transfer the kits to you. The latest MEP kits are not on the CDROM.

Oops - 3.0-210 is the latest MEP image. I am working on getting the
kts to Les.
