7094.0. "SNA Peer with WAN support for DUNIX and Fujitsu ?" by 52919::MONJE (MCS Madrid) Fri May 16 1997 06:13
	Hi,
We have a project to integrate FUJITSU Systems and our DEC SNA
	Peer Server.
Now the Customer has a configuration with FUJITSUs and CISCO routers
that we would like to change towards our DEC SNA Peer Server.
Customer has actually the next configuration:
		+-----------+
		| |
		| | H O S T
		| | Fujitsu Model M
		| |

We want to change the Fujitsu Model K and put a DEC SNA Peer
	Server instead.
I am not sure which is the correct configuration we need to
implement with the Peer Server. We want the Peer Server do the same
job that Fujitsu Model K did before.
The idea is to put the DEC SNA Peer Server into the LAN and
get a communication with the CISCO router of the LAN. Then the idea
is that "Peer Server SNA packets" will routed by the CISCO to the host
	(Fujitsu Model M).

I am not sure how to get the new configuration working on.
Which components and additional components (DECnet/OSI, WAN Support
for Digital UNIX, DEC SNA Peer Server...) we need to install and
	configure ?
How can we do the communication between the CISCO and the DEC
SNA Peer Server ? X.25/LLC2 connection (DTE-DTE X.25 LAN conenction)?
I don't know how we can route the SNA packets between the SNA Peer
Server and the Fujitsu Model M through the CISCOs. Do we need to
configure something specific at the DEC SNA Peer Server ?
	Any ideas ?
	Help would be best appreciated.
	Thanks and Regards,
	Antonio Monje
