    Can someone please explain what the "unowned" status display 
    mean in Rumba?
    
    When the emulator goes into this status, no output is received
    from the host at session connection. Customer is running 
    Peer Server v 1.3 through X.25 (LLC2 to a DECnis and then to 
    the X.25 network).
