You need to order it from IBM.

The formats manual also gets installed with Microsoft SNA Server V3.0,
which is particularly usefull because you can do searches. And the CD
is easier to carry to site than the manual!

I just cracked my GA27-3136-16. Surprised to find... It combines
GA27-3136-15 and LY43-0081-02, SNA Network Products Formats.
So, if you wish to analyze Domain Gateway flows, and didn't have
access to LY43-0081-02, you can do it all with GA27-3136-16.
