Hello, A customer is asking me about DECforms and PC. He wants to develop an application using Visual Basic and DECforms. Reading the Programmer's Reference Manual, it looks like being able using the Portable API. Could you help me to answer some questions ? Is the any kit 'DECforms for Microsoft Windows' ? 1) What are the components i need to set on my PC and where can i find them ? (Dll files (16/32 bits), VB Header File, DECforms Runtime....) 2) Do i need to develop the form under MOTIF or can i use a DECforms's Tool on my PC ? 3) Any examples ? Thanks for your help, Alain

Alain, Unfortunately, the original DECforms-PC project was cancelled due to economic conditions at Digital during that period. However, the team is currently investigating NT and Web projects for it's next development cycle. We'd encourage customer input on requirements for any NT based, or Web-enabling solution that DECforms could offer. Domenic | |||||
