Frederic,
I think you already solved this one. You have to call
theSessionImpl_ptr->_OBB__associate_objects(CORBA_TRUE);
*before* you create *any* instances of the impl.
As we discussed, it's not friendly that the subsequent associate
theCSession_ptr->associated_object(
(void*)(CSession*)theCSession_ptr,
theObjRef_ptr,
ev);
doesn't seem to return an error saying "association not enabled"
for this implementation.
