    	93/94 Upper Deck Hockey
    
    	Looks like boxes will be arriving within the next couple of weeks.
    	Saw the INFO sheet...many subsets, acetate cards and 2 series,
    	with no Low Series cards in the High Series packs.  2nd Series 
    	will not look like Series 1...not sure what that means!
    
    	Did not mention (or I didn't see it!) who the Hero's will be 
    	named, ie. Gretzky, Howe....Don't remember the number of cards
    	in either Series...anybody else?  Boxes going for $30 up here 
    	in Maine.....any news anywhere else?

	Well, opened a box last nite....50 some odd from a series I set... Got 4 inserts: 2 Gretzky's Great Ones - Mark Messier and Theoren Fleury 1 Next in Line (Somewhat of a hologram) - Patrick Roy/Felix Potvin 1 SP4 - Teemu Selanne (part hologram/part regular card) Cards look ALOT like Topps Premier... 4 inserts.....In a box...Odds are getting pretty high in finding them...Not like last year when you could end up with 8-9 per.... * Chris *

	Opened a box of jumbos. Each pack has Hat Trick Heroe card. Strange selection of players,some actually never had hat tricks in NHL yet because they are still rookies, like Nylander etc. 20 card set. Collation...Don't have a word for it, got 3-4 cards of the same player!? Had a couple of inserts from the regular line. Nothing really earthshaking about UD hockey this year. Oh yeh, plenty of Lindros and Daigle (well, at least i got a couple of each) cards, not like before. \alex

	I'm going to be in the Boston area next week and am looking to pick up a box or two of the 93/94 UD Hockey. What are the prices like? What type of boxes are available (Jumbo, regular series I, series II, etc)?. Where's the best place to buy? Thx

	Well, Walt, last sunday at the card show in Burlington, one dealer was blowing his inventory and had UD hockey at $15/box !!! Of course he sold everything quite quick, but i had a few easy chances to pick a few boxes at $20 if i wanted. /alex

	Upper Deck will be placing one SP insert card per pack in it's series II hockey. It will be a 180 card insert set. John
