| I'm back on track...
1993-94 Hoops are in at Center Sportcards for $28/box. Included
is a 1 "5th Anniversary" (read gold) card per pack. I got 2 packs.
Nice looking cards. The gold one was a Shaq "all-star" card. I
also got the regular "regular" Shaq.

Also a box breaks real nice, you will get one 300 card series 1
set with some extras. I got 2 face to face cards and 3 David's
Best. One thing I don't understand is why they make the 5 card
subset (David's Best) easier to get than the 10. Several people
I talked with are getting 4 David's per box and just one or two
face to face cards per box. Why not 4 face to face and 2 David's?
That way you might be encouraged to buy another one, but not when
two boxes means 6-8 David's...
I guess with good distribution like they have I shouldn't complain
about the insert distribution.
Best Gold card I got was a Larry Johnson, no lottery redemption.
Supposed to be 1 every 10 boxes or 2 per case.

| I opened 2 boxes. First box 1 Face to Face 6 Robinson's Best. Best
gold card a Mourning and a Larry Johnson. Second box 4 Face to Face
and 3 Robinson's. Best Gold was a Rebounder Leader Card with Shaq.
The Face to Face were nice but isn't it rediculous to put Magic Johnson
on one (with Walt Williams)? Hasn't he retired? Wonder who Bird is
Face to Face with 8*)
A customer came in while I was at the store. He wouldn't buy the
last 2 packs in the opened box. So I bought them. Got a Face to
Face (Larry Johnson/LePhonso Ellis) and a David's Best out of
them 8*)

93-94 hopps Promo sets.
Has anyone seen the hoops promo sets. It's a 7 card set:
Shaq, Minor,Larry Johnson,Jackson, Malone, Mutombo and a cover card.
What is the going price ? I saw a set for $15.00
